We architect, build and operate the systems a business runs on.

Sigel Tech is a software studio for companies that need more than code.

We work full cycle: strategy, architecture, build, and operation. We decide what to build and why, design the shape of the system, ship it, and keep it running as it scales.

Not a staffing shop, not a design agency with a dev department. A partnership of founding engineers who take a system end to end.

01

Before the build

What to build, and why.

02

The build

Products, AI, and data.

03

Into production

Running at real load.

04

Or mid-stream

Systems already live.

Capabilities

Everything from the idea to the day it carries real load.

Most of our work sits at the seams: where strategy meets architecture, where a model meets an existing process, where a product meets the systems already running the business. That is where projects usually fail, so that is where we start.

Before the build

Strategywhere the technology should go next, what to build, what to buy, and what it should cost.

Architecturethe shape of the system before it is written: domains, data flow, integration boundaries.

The build

Web & mobile applicationsproducts people use every day, from interface design through to production code, built to be maintained rather than just launched.

Applied AIapplied AI placed inside existing processes, with evaluation and guardrails built around it.

Data & analyticspipelines, models, and reporting that turn operational data into decisions you can defend.

Into production

Cloud & infrastructuredeployment, pipelines, monitoring and the operational layer that keeps a system running once it carries real load.

Or start mid-stream

Most of what we take on is already running. Integrations and automation, legacy modernization, internal tools, and technical due diligence.

Applied AI

AI fails on integration, not on models.

The usual path

The model comes first. The demo sells the project. Integration, evaluation, and fallback get scoped later, often after something is already live.

Where we start

The process comes first. We size the opportunity, integrate into the stack you run, and build the guardrails before anyone sees a demo.

Process mapping and opportunity sizing

Which steps are worth automating, and what the saving is worth.

Integration into systems you already run

Retrieval, tooling and data access inside the existing stack.

Evaluation, guardrails and human review

Built before the demo, not after the incident.

Cost and latency budgets

Numbers that still hold once the feature is in production.

Method

Diagnose, architect, build, operate.

Every engagement runs the same four stages, whatever the size of the work.

01

Diagnose

We map the system as it actually is: what runs, what it costs, where it breaks and who it blocks.

02

Architect

A written technical plan: the shape of the system, the sequence of delivery, and the risks named out loud.

03

Build

Working software every week, deployed early and reviewed with you rather than presented at the end. Tested, documented, and handed over in a state someone else can pick up.

04

Operate

We stay through scale: monitoring, iteration and the decisions that only appear after launch.

10+

Years of experience behind every engagement, across startups and large organizations.

End to end

Strategy, architecture, delivery and operation handled by one team rather than four vendors.

Founder-led

The people who plan the work are the people who deliver it, with no layer in between.

FAQ

Questions

What kind of engagements do you take?+
Architecture and strategy work, full product builds, AI implementation inside existing operations, and longer partnerships where we also run what we built.
Can you work with a system we already have?+
Yes. A large share of our work is inherited. Mapping, stabilizing and modernizing systems that are already carrying a business is a normal starting point for us.
How do you approach AI projects?+
As process problems first. We size the opportunity, integrate into the stack you already run, and build the evaluation before anyone sees a demo.
Who is on the team?+
Senior engineers and architects. Sigel Tech is founder-led and deliberately small, so the people who scope the work are the ones who deliver it.
How do you work with clients abroad?+
Remote and async-first. We schedule live sessions in hours that work on both sides. Calls, code, documentation and reporting are all in English.
What does it cost?+
It depends entirely on the shape of the work. We scope it on the first call, and tell you if we think it should not be built at all.

Start with the architecture.

Bring the system, the process or the idea. The first call is a technical conversation. We will tell you what we would do and whether we are the right people to do it.
